Dan has over twenty years of senior technical and business leadership.  Has created, grown and maintained tech teams and has proven experience as a people leader building tech teams from scratch.  He is a technical advisor on system architecture, deployment, maintenance, and security and compliance for software systems and product development (GDPR, FISMA, HIPAA, SOC 2).  Leads teams of developers across the full SDLC and CI/CD using Agile/Scrum to create a predictable and repeatable process and is a cross functional team leader experienced in communicating to internal and external clients

He has been the lead developer of DHIS2, the world’s largest information system within the international development domain, since its inception in 2005.

Having worked in multiple countries across Asia and Africa, she has keen insight into the data needs of our partners. Katherine builds and maintains partner relationships, conducts market research, and recommends services and products, helping to drive company strategy and impact.

Proven expertise in M&A due diligence and integration, FP&A, system transformations, and GAAP/SOX compliance. Track record of driving 6x revenue growth, expanding margins, and delivering long-range financial plans that align with corporate strategy. Skilled in leveraging AI and advanced modeling tools to enhance forecasting, transparency, and executive decision-making.

Oluwasanmi Adedokun is a Public Health Physician with strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. For over 16 years he has led cross-functional teams in program monitoring and evaluation of HIV, Malaria, and Reproductive health programs; population-based surveillance surveys; operational research; as well as development and implementation of digital solutions including electronic medical records systems, health information systems, and data repositories.

Ron brings over 20 years in director-level roles, delivering projects across diverse functions and geographies, working collaboratively at the highest level to devise and deliver creative solutions to strategic challenges. Before joining BAO, he was the Global Publishing Director, ELT, and Director of Business Change Programs at Cambridge University Press. He has experience in strategic development, data management and systems implementation in the international education and health sectors in over 20 countries and is a dual citizen of the US and the UK, based in Cambridge, UK.

Ms. Do has over 19 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance. She
began her career at Cordia Partner, a CPA firm. Before her current role, she was
Director of the International accounting division at EdgeConneX, Inc. She also served
as the Corporate Controller of ILS, International Launch Services, Inc., and as the
Senior Accounting Manager of the International division at Northrop Grumman
Corporation.

Experienced public health program implementer and manager with a passion
for empowering access to and utilization of data to make informed decisions.
Background in health information systems in low- and middle-income settings,
particularly HIV/AIDS and reproductive and maternal health. Experience spans
NGOs, academic institutions, and data/tech companies.

Mr. Harding is a specialist providing DHIS2 solutions that meet stakeholder needs in international settings. He has worked in Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Vanuatu, conducting HIS rollouts, training and workshops, as well as providing one-on-one technical assistance. Mr. Harding played a key role in Vanuatu’s HIS systems and transition from Access to DHIS2. In his current role as a Senior Systems Analyst, Mr. Harding manages metadata libraries for the PEPFAR MER Program, and oversees project planning and implementation efforts.
